All Sales are Final; No Refunds or Exchanges

1. All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: personal scheduling conflicts, weather, illness, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with event experience, or changes in speakers or itinerary unless required by applicable law.

2. Transferability of Tickets
Tickets are transferable. Transfers may be made freely between individuals provided the ticket is not altered or resold above face value. The Organizer is not responsible for issues arising from transfers. Organizer reserves the right to validate and verify transferred tickets at the point of entry.  The attendee must bring the original ticket showing the original purchaser's name along with a written letter signed by the purchaser stating that they transferred their ticket to the name of the guest, stating the reason and including contact information.
