Terms and conditions as of 6/28/25
Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer, speakers, moderators, volunteers and/or anyone involved in the planning and execution of this event. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Recording of this event by attendees in any way is strictly prohibited.
1. Ticket Purchase & Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket ("Ticket") for this event, the purchaser or holder ("Ticket Holder") agrees to be legally bound by this policy, the terms of purchase, the event’s posted rules, and the venue’s code of conduct. The Ticket is a revocable license and grants entry to the specified event, subject to Organizer approval.

2. All Sales Final; No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: personal scheduling conflicts, weather, illness, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with event experience, or changes in speakers or itinerary unless required by applicable law.

3. Transferability of Tickets
Tickets are transferable. Transfers may be made freely between individuals provided the ticket is not altered or resold above face value. The Organizer is not responsible for issues arising from transfers. Organizer reserves the right to validate and verify transferred tickets at the point of entry. The attendee must bring the original ticket showing the original purchaser's name along with a written letter signed by the purchaser stating that they transferred their ticket to the name of the guest, stating the reason and including contact information.

4. Resale & Fraud Prevention
Tickets may not be resold for a profit in excess of face value or through unauthorized channels. Tickets suspected of fraudulent sale or duplication may be voided without notice or refund. Organizer is not responsible for losses due to unofficial resale or scams.

5. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Changes
Organizer may modify event details due to circumstances beyond its control. If an advertised speaker or moderator cannot attend, organizer retains the right to schedule a replacement speaker or moderator, even at the last minute if needed without advance notice to attendees.
In the case of event postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No other compensation is offered.

6. Entry & Admission Rights
Ticket Holders must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for admission. Entry may be denied to individuals who engage in or display suspicious, disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior. Admission is subject to venue capacity and security protocols, including ID checks and bag searches.

7. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to injury, illness (including COVID-19), and property loss or damage. By attending, the Ticket Holder waives and releases all claims against the Organizer, venue, speakers, moderators, sponsors, and affiliated personnel.

8. Indemnification Clause
Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue, affiliates, and agents, speakers, moderators, sponsors, supporters or any participants from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Ticket Holder’s actions or failure to comply with event rules.

9. Photography & Media Consent
By entering the event, Ticket Holder consents to be photographed or recorded and grants Organizer full rights to use such media for promotional or commercial purposes in perpetuity without compensation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the state or province where the event is held. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that location.

11. Severability & Waiver
If any part of this policy is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. Failure to enforce any part of this policy does not waive Organizer’s right to enforce it later.

12. Recording of the event by an attendee in any way or for any length of time is strictly prohibited.
